Guaranteed success or 100% Money Back!*

We are 100% confident that Revise MSRA is the ultimate resource to help you succeed in the MSRA exam. That’s why we offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you meet the criteria below and do not achieve success.

To qualify for the guarantee, you must fulfill all the following conditions:

  • Result Requirement:
    • Failure to achieve Band 2 or higher in the Clinical Problem-Solving or Professional Dilemmas papers, using the GP MSRA banding system as our reference point.
    • We are aware that not all training programs use banding. However, Band 2 has been identified as the minimum acceptable standard for shortlisting by Health Education England (HEE) and we have therefore elected to use this as our threshold for 'success' in the MSRA exam.
    • If you do not achieve Band 2 or higher as per the GP MSRA results, you will be eligible for a full refund under our 100% money-back guarantee.
    • See below for further information re. banding.
    • Nb. This guarantee does NOT cover candidates who are unsuccessful following an interview as we cannot account for interview performance.
  • Resource Usage:
    • Due to the recommended study time required for this competitive exam, this guarantee applies only to candidates who have purchased a 4-month, 6-month or 12-month membership.
    • Completed at least 80% of the question bank, demonstrating substantial use of the resource.
  • Evidence Submission:
    • Provide photographic or screenshot evidence of:
      • Exam score and candidate rank (including full candidate name).
      • Number of jobs/locations ranked (via screenshots from your Oriel application).
  • Claim Process:
    • Request a refund claim form by emailing support@revisemsra.com with the subject line GUARANTEE CLAIM.
    • Complete the claim form in full, meeting all minimum requirements.
    • Timely Submission:
      • Submit your claim within 14 days of results release.
  • Other Terms:
    • The guarantee claim can only be used once per candidate.
    • If any of the above criteria are not met, the candidate is not eligible for the money-back guarantee.

If all conditions are fulfilled, we will offer either, according to your preference:

  • A full refund of your purchase price, or
  • A free repeat subscription to maximise your chances of MSRA success in the next round.

*We are here to support you every step of the way. If you have any concerns, simply email us, and we’ll handle the rest!

MSRA Mastery Course Money-Back Guarantee Terms & Conditions

Guarantee Details

If you do not achieve Band 2 or higher (see below) in the Clinical Problem-Solving paperwe will refund your full course fee.

  • Banding Explanation: Health Education England (HEE) assesses MSRA performance using a banding system from 1 to 4. Band 1 indicates that the minimum acceptable standard has not been achieved, and candidates who score Band 1 in either paper are deemed ineligible to progress in the application process. Achieving Band 2 demonstrates that the acceptable standard for shortlisting has been met.
  • The MSRA Mastery guarantee does NOT cover candidates who did not achieve the minimum acceptable standard for progression in the Professional Dilemmas Paper.

Evidence Submission

To process your claim, you must provide clear photographic or screenshot evidence of the following:

  1. Exam Score and Banding
    • A screenshot or photo of your MSRA results, including your score, band, and candidate name.
  2. Candidate Identity
    • Evidence that clearly links the score to your identity, such as screenshots from your Oriel account.
  3. Resource Usage:
    • The course must have been completed in full (97% completion) by the time of the exam to qualify for this money back guarantee, demonstrating complete use of the resource. Failure to complete 97% of the course by the exam revokes the money back guarantee completely.

Claim Process

  1. Request a Refund Form
    • Email support@revisemsra.com with the subject line MSRA MASTERY GUARANTEE CLAIM to request the refund claim form.
  2. Complete the Form
    • Fill out the claim form in full, ensuring all minimum requirements are met.
  3. Submit the Form
    • Submit your completed form along with the required evidence.

Timely Submission

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the MSRA results release date. Any claims received outside of this window will not be eligible.

Other Terms

  • The money-back guarantee can only be used once per candidate.
  • This offer is only applicable to the Clinical Problem-Solving paper, not the professional dilemmas paper.
  • If any of the criteria above are not met, the candidate will not be eligible for the money-back guarantee.
  • Refund claims are subject to verification by our team to ensure compliance with the stated terms.

Band 2 definition - HEE

  • We have elected to use Band 2 according to the GP MSRA banding system as our reference point of success for the MSRA exam.
  • While not all training program applications use banding, Band 2 has been identified as the minimum acceptable standard for shortlisting by Health Education England (HEE), and is therefore our reference point for success to ensure fairness for this guarantee across training programs.
  • If you do not achieve Band 2 or higher, you will be eligible for a full refund under our 100% money-back guarantee as per the above T&Cs.
